Typbot has been created by digital marketing professionals with over 14 years of experience in the digital marketing and fintech industry.
In 2015 we started a digital marketing agency Finaffiliate. Our focus was on providing digital marketing services to financial and insurance companies – industries, which the company’s co-founders used to work in. This prior experience allowed us to create the most effective marketing campaigns for clients. During this five-year period, Finaffiliate served more than 40 clients working in over 20 countries across Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
The idea for Typbot came up in 2019 when the team had a vision of how to effectively use conversation as a marketing and sales tool. Typbot was inspired by the idea that technology-powered conversational marketing can boost sales.
Our main challenge was to create more effective digital campaigns and outperform competing digital marketing agencies for our clients. And we did succeed. The MVP of chatbot operating on the Typbot marketing platform was launched in 2019. It was tested inside the small sandbox together with fintech companies with the aim of proving that their Facebook campaigns could be more effective. And the results surprised everyone – the campaigns proved to be 10 times more effective than traditional ads on social platforms and websites!
Typbot data shows that even the best industry-standard cannot compare to the success of chatbots – chatbot campaigns have open rates from 90% to even 100%!
This is how Typbot became a SaaS product with new unique features. More and more clients were eager to test it. At present Typbot is a bootstrapping startup and has been built without any external investment.
